From Boston:

From the corner of Huntington Avenue and Mass Ave, take Mass Ave toward Dorchester
Go almost 2 miles and turn RIGHT onto COLUMBIA RD
Go 3/4 miles and Turn LEFT onto HANCOCK ST.
Go 1/3 mile and turn RIGHT onto BOWDOIN ST.
Go about 100 yards and turn LEFT onto Adams St.
Go about 1/2 mile and turn RIGHT onto ROBINSON ST.
Take your next RIGHT onto MT IDA RD (this is a one way street).

From Rt-93:

Take Route 93 to the COLUMBIA ROAD exit- exit number 15, turn right at the light at the end of the exit.
Follow COLUMBIA RD for 3/4 mile, then turn LEFT onto HANCOCK ST.
Go 1/3 mile and turn RIGHT onto BOWDOIN ST.
